PRIVACY POLICY FOR BABY NAME REVEAL Effective Date: September 26, 2026 Baby Name Reveal (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Baby Name Reveal Android application. 1. ABOUT THE APP Baby Name Reveal is a creative utility that allows users to create baby-name reveal experiences using styles such as balloons, gift boxes, flowers, bubbles, hearts, and other visual effects. The App may allow you to enter or select: • A baby name • Optional gender • A photo or image from your device • A music or audio file from your device • Reveal settings such as countdown, wait time, background theme, animation style, and other customization options 2. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE IN THE APP The App does not require you to create an account. Information you enter or select for a reveal, including baby names, gender selections, photos, music files, and reveal settings, is used to provide the reveal experience. We do not intentionally upload baby names, selected photos, or selected music files to our own servers. 3. PHOTOS AND IMAGES If you choose to add a photo or image, the App uses Android system file or photo selection features to allow you to choose content from your device. The selected image is used inside the App for the reveal experience. We do not intentionally upload your selected photo or image to our own servers. 4. MUSIC AND AUDIO FILES If you choose to add music or audio, the App uses Android system file selection features to allow you to choose an audio file from your device. The selected audio file is used to play music during your reveal experience. We do not intentionally upload your selected music or audio file to our own servers. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any photo, music, audio, or other content that you select. 5. FIREBASE ANALYTICS Baby Name Reveal uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used and to improve the App. Google Analytics for Firebase may automatically collect information such as: • App opens, first launches, sessions, and other app lifecycle events • App interactions and usage information • Device model and operating system information • App version and other technical information • Approximate geographic information derived from IP address • An app-instance identifier associated with an installation of the App • Android Advertising ID where available and permitted by the device, user settings, and App configuration We do not intentionally send baby names, selected photos, selected music files, or the contents of your reveal to Firebase Analytics. Analytics information is processed by Google in accordance with Google’s applicable privacy terms and policies. 6. HOW ANALYTICS INFORMATION IS USED Analytics information may be used to: • Understand how many people use the App • Understand which App screens and features are used • Measure sessions, engagement, and App performance • Identify general usage trends • Improve features, design, reliability, and user experience We do not use Firebase Analytics to create an account profile containing your baby name, selected photo, or selected music. 7. ADVERTISING The current version of Baby Name Reveal does not display third-party advertising. If advertising is added in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the relevant Google Play disclosures will be updated. 8. DATA SHARING We do not sell your personal information. Analytics information may be transmitted to and processed by Google because the App uses Google Analytics for Firebase. We do not intentionally share baby names, selected photos, or selected music files with third parties through the App’s reveal features. 9. DATA SECURITY Analytics information transmitted by Google Analytics for Firebase is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption provided by Google. No mobile application or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. 10. DATA RETENTION Baby names, selected photos, and selected music used for the reveal are not intentionally stored by us on our own external servers. Some App information may remain locally on your device as required for normal App operation. Analytics information collected through Firebase Analytics is retained and managed according to the settings of our Google Analytics/Firebase account and Google’s applicable policies. 11. DATA DELETION Because Baby Name Reveal does not currently provide user accounts or maintain a server-side account containing your reveal content, there is generally no online baby-name, photo, or music account data for us to delete. You can remove locally stored App data by: • Clearing the App’s storage/data through Android settings, or • Uninstalling the App You may also contact us using the details below if you have a privacy-related question or request. 12. DEVICE PERMISSIONS AND FILE ACCESS Baby Name Reveal is designed to request only access needed for its features. Where possible, the App uses Android system pickers so you can select individual photos or audio files rather than granting broad access to all files on your device. The core reveal features do not require access to your contacts, SMS messages, phone calls, precise location, or microphone. 13. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY Baby Name Reveal is intended as a creative utility for parents, families, and other users creating baby-name reveal experiences. It is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit baby names, photos, contact information, or other personal information to us through an account system. 14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The App currently uses Google Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase. Google may process information according to its own terms and privacy policies. Relevant information about Google Analytics and Firebase privacy practices is available from Google’s official privacy and Firebase documentation. 15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy when: • New App features are added • Third-party SDKs or services are changed • Advertising or other monetization features are introduced • Legal or Google Play requirements change Any revised Privacy Policy will be published with an updated effective date. 16.
