Privacy Policy for Wedding Album Maker

Effective Date: 10 October 2026

App Name: Wedding Album Maker
Developer: ShineKannada

1. Introduction

Welcome to Wedding Album Maker.

Wedding Album Maker is a photo album creation application that allows users to select photos, create wedding albums, customize album designs, edit images, and export albums in PDF, JPG, and ZIP formats.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

2. Information We Access

Wedding Album Maker may access information that you voluntarily provide while using the application, including:

  • Photos selected from your device

  • Bride and groom names, when entered

  • Wedding dates, when entered

  • Album titles and custom text

  • Image editing adjustments

  • Album design preferences

Providing names and wedding dates is optional.

We do not require users to create an account or provide an email address or phone number.

3. Photo Access and Usage

The app uses Android's system file picker to allow users to select photos from their devices.

Selected photos are used only to create, preview, customize, and export wedding albums.

The app does not independently upload selected photos to our servers.

Original photos are not intentionally modified or deleted by the app. Removing a photo from an album removes it from that album project rather than deleting the original photo from your gallery.

4. Storage and Processing

Wedding Album Maker processes photos and creates albums locally on your device.

Album details, selected photo references, editing settings, and preferences may be stored in the application's local storage.

Exported PDF, JPG, and ZIP files are saved to your device or a location selected through Android's file-saving functionality.

Depending on your device and Android backup settings, some application data may be included in operating-system-managed backup or device-transfer processes.

5. Internet and Third-Party Services

The current version of Wedding Album Maker is designed to work offline.

The application does not currently integrate Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, or third-party advertising and analytics SDKs.

We do not operate a server to receive your wedding photos or album content.

When you choose to share an exported album using another application, such as a messaging, email, or cloud-storage application, that application may process the shared file according to its own privacy policy.

6. How Information Is Used

Information provided in the application is used to:

  • Create and customize wedding albums

  • Display wedding names and dates

  • Arrange and edit photos

  • Save album projects and preferences

  • Generate PDF, JPG, and ZIP files

  • Allow users to reopen saved albums

We do not sell your photos or wedding information to advertisers.

7. Data Sharing

Wedding Album Maker does not automatically share your selected photos, wedding details, or album files with the developer or advertising companies.

Files are shared with other applications or recipients only when you initiate a sharing or exporting action.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Album project information and preferences may remain in the application's local storage until you delete an album, clear the app's data, or uninstall the application.

Exported PDF, JPG, and ZIP files may remain in your device storage after an album is deleted or the app is uninstalled.

Users can remove exported files through their device's file manager.

Some application data may also be retained in device backups, depending on the operating system and backup settings.

9. Children's Privacy

Wedding Album Maker is a general-purpose photo album creation application and is not specifically designed for children.

We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through our own servers.

10. Security

The application uses Android's application storage and system file-selection mechanisms.

We take privacy seriously, but no device or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should protect their devices and exercise care when sharing personal photos or wedding albums.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the application's features, data practices, or applicable requirements change.

Any changes will be reflected in the updated Privacy Policy with a revised effective date.

12. Contact Us
